Banks, card companies and other payment card issuers place special emphasis on the security of electronic and card payment transactions. Many Croatian banks, card companies and oil companies have entrusted us with the supply of payment cards. We have also participated in and led highly complex projects such as the transition from magnetic cards to the first EMV contact chips, and later to contactless chips, which increased the security of card transactions. Today, in addition to the delivery and personalization of physical Visa and Mastercard cards, we are involved in projects for so-called virtual cards for mobile phones.

Loyalty cards
A loyalty program, or reward system using loyalty cards, is an essential part of every sales and marketing strategy, regardless of the size of the retailer. Loyalty cards themselves can come in various formats and use different identification technologies. The most commonly used are personalized PVC cards in the shape of a bank card that fit in a wallet, but other card formats are also frequently used, such as contactless key fobs or smaller cards in special shapes. Nowadays, loyalty cards are often complemented by a mobile app through which service providers can successfully and directly communicate with members, send them offers, benefits, electronic coupons (vouchers) and more. ID Cards

ID cards are used for various personal identification needs, for example as membership cards for associations, for conference participants, student IDs, health and social insurance cards and similar. An ID card can also be used as an annual pass or a ticket. They can be used for attendance tracking and access control to different rooms or parking areas. ID cards may contain the individual’s name, photo, a unique identification number (UID) stored in the chip, a barcode, a QR code and other relevant data. They can also come in different formats such as RFID key fobs or RFID wristbands. The best example of a smart ID card is the new Croatian electronic identity card (eOI), which you can use for various government online services.

Gift cars
A gift voucher card or gift card, also known as a prepaid gift voucher, is a prepaid card with added value, usually issued by a retailer or a bank, and used as an alternative to cash for purchases within a specific store or affiliated businesses. Gift cards are also distributed by employers or organizations as rewards or gifts for their employees. Gift vouchers simplify choice and increase spending at your point of sale. In addition, you can offer them to business partners to promote your company and increase revenue. These types of cards often use different packaging and card carriers. Discount cards

A discount card is a card that grants the holder the right to discounts on certain products or services. The cards can be offered by retailers or groups of retailers, clubs or associations that negotiate benefits on behalf of all members, or official organizations that offer preferential prices to eligible groups, such as people with disabilities. Discount cards can be issued to a specific person or to the bearer. This provides flexibility when using the benefits defined by your customer reward policy. Discount cards can be effectively used as part of a loyalty system, either on their own or combined with other types of cards (gift, prepaid, points collection and reward cards…). Prepaid cards

Prepaid cards serve as an electronic wallet, where the user loads a certain amount of value onto the card and then spends those funds gradually, quickly and efficiently at the checkout. This type of card can be used for spending in specific stores, at music festivals, in tourist complexes and similar places. Prepaid cards can be effectively used within a loyalty system that supports payments, either on their own or combined with other types of cards (gift, discount, points collection and reward cards…). An example of prepaid card usage includes payments for public city and regional transport (bus, tram, boat, train, cable car…) as well as ENC systems in tunnels and toll highways.
